Dr. Manny Steil, CSP, CLP, CPAE is author of five books including the pioneering and award-winning book Listening Leaders: The 10 Golden Rules to Listen, Lead, and Succeed. Manny is internationally known as “The Ambassador of Listening” and a “Speaker Worth Listening To.” Dr. Steil is CEO and Chairman of the International Listening Leadership Institute. He has been inducted into both the National Speakers  Association’s Speakers Hall of Fame and the International Listening Association’s Listening Hall of Fame. Manny has served on the MN Chapter Board for many years and is currently serving as the Platinum Board Member.

Mark LeBlanc, CSP has authored or co-authored six books, including his latest book, Rainmaker Confidential. His first book, Growing Your Business anchored his business model and over 800 clients purchased fifty copies or more. He is the Chairman of Indie Books International, out of Southern CA. Mark is past president of the National Speakers Association and he selects the annual winner of the NSA MN Chapter Mark LeBlanc Award.

Marcia Malzahn has authored five books and co-authored three books. Marci’s books are inspirational, such as Devotions for Working Women, The Fire Within (also published in the Philippines), and The Friendship Book (also published in Spanish) and educational, such as Bring YOUR Shoes -- written for emerging leaders. Her latest book, Inside Your Mama’s Tummy is her first children’s book, inspired by her first grandchild. Marci is the Immediate Past President of the NSA MN Chapter Board.
