From the President


Welcome to the Minnesota chapter of the National Speakers Association. My name is Jon Lokhorst and it’s my pleasure to serve as the chapter president for 2022-23.

I learned about our state chapter at my first Influence, the annual convention held by our national association. I was warmly welcomed by the Minnesota contingent, which treated me as if we’d been friends for years. I promptly joined the chapter that evening when I got back to my hotel room.

If you’re not yet a chapter member, please consider joining today. The national organization recently changed its requirements so you can now join the local chapter without becoming a national member first.

Ultimately, we’re here to provide resources to develop your presentation skills and build a successful speaking business, regardless of where you are in your journey.
